Your question and order inquiry is very important to us and we will get back with you as quickly as we can. Please send us your gardening questions, order inquiries, or plant photos to our customer service team.

Customer Service hours are 8:30 am till 4:30 pm EST, Monday Friday.

Gotta Grow Guarantee

If your bulbs or bare-roots do not sprout, or your plant dies within one year from the date of shipment, we will send you a replacement free of charge. We will replace it with a similar or comparable plant at no charge if we no longer have your original plant available. Simply call our customer service team, submit a plant replacement form, or email us directly with all the pertinent information and we will setup the replacement order. If it is too late in the season as we only ship our spring flowers from mid March through early June, then your order will remain in our system and ship to you the following spring. We cannot accept responsibility for losses due to extreme weather like drought, flooding, or neglect.
