Siberian Irises are known for their sturdy, upright stalks and delicate, colorful flowers while also being very disease resistant. They perform well in sun to partially shaded areas, but adequate water throughout the season is a necessity. They’re outstanding performers in naturalized settings near water features. These reliable and trouble free irises produce gorgeous blooms mid spring to late spring while thriving in any garden or border in moist soils. These produce a wonderful display of bold, rich color when mass planted, but are also suitable for woodland borders, containers or planters, around decks, landscape beds, bog gardens, pond side, and perennials gardens. This Siberian Iris collection includes 3 favorites bagged separately and marked by variety. This wonderful assortment includes 1 each of Caesar’s Brother, Butter and Sugar, and Harpswell Happiness.

Caesar’s Brother is an old time favorite who produces deep, rich purple flowers in late spring on strong stems extending 42 inches above slender sword-like foliage. Butter and Sugar grows 28 inches tall. It produces creamy white standards and butter yellow falls. This medium sized Iris blooms first in June and this is known to rebloom later in the season. Harpswell Happiness is a new variety producing creamy-white flowers with golden veins. These ruffled and elegant blooms are fragrant extending 30 inches while blooming over an extended period of time unlike many other Siberians Irises. Siberian Irises bloom before Japanese Irises but after Tall Bearded Irises. They can be subdivided in late summer or early autumn every 2 to 3 years. Just stick a shovel or trowel down between the clumps and pull apart anywhere. They love it! Share your wealth.
